postcards!

i'm happy about the 2 postcards i designed last week 
(let me know if you want some..!)

i'm so busy making cards & birth announcement card,
i almost forgot my mini-list.

BUT hooray, there are some new ideas rising in my head..

maybe this will force me to post more on this blog (i have some impatient friend/readers :)).

NEW top 5 of crafty things to make:
- make a crochet toy (pear or apple) 
- try to find a way to silk-screen at home 
(ideas welcome!!!)
- still have to try a kind of TEXTILE illustration with my sewing machine
- and also the paper COLLAGE is on the list. 

could be nice on the new white wall in our apartment..
- invent some new LETTERS for the header of this blog 

A present for little Aaron

it started yesterday, the need to crochet...
and it ended today, with a colorful garland* as a gift for the cute little Aaron.

So easy to make (with only double crochet = stokjes), 
and the best part is: even if it's not perfect, it still looks festive!

it's even too big to fit the picture. (i did my best to show it properly.. imagine the rest. it goes on and on and on..)

i'm sure:
it will fit the new sofa in the new house perfectly.

hej då, nadine*

* so long, nadine (= my apartment)

in a week and a few days, i'll leave my dear apartment behind.
i had so many perfect moments in nadine (the flat's name).
so therefore, a little 'ode to nadine' 

i'll miss the place,
and 
reading the newspaper with some coffee in my pyjamas, then overlooking the clouds from my sofa.
cooking some strange casserole in the little kitchen
and playing Jungle Speed on the sticky table in the living room.

but i'm already making plans for the next home!
